For owner-run HVAC shops

The calls you miss are jobs for the next shop.

When you're under a house or on a roof, the phone rings out. Hollerback answers the calls you can't, takes down the job, and hands your office a booking request to confirm.

The demo answers as a sample shop, Summit Heating & Air. Act like a customer.

Sample request. Names and numbers are made up.

How it works

It only picks up when nobody else does.

Hollerback doesn't replace your office. It catches what falls through the cracks.

  1. Your phone rings out

Your calls forward to Hollerback only when nobody picks up: on a job, after 5 PM, on weekends.

  2. It answers as your shop

In plain English, day or night. It says up front that it's an AI assistant, then gets the name, address, equipment, what's wrong, and how urgent.

  3. Your office confirms

Routine visits come through as booking requests for the day and time window the caller wants. Your office confirms the arrival time.

Where it stands today

Straight answers, so nothing surprises you later.

Urgent calls get your emergency number

For a gas smell, it tells the caller to get out and call 911 or the gas company first. For a gas smell, no heat or no AC, it gives them your emergency number to call. It never tells a caller a tech is on the way.

Calls only, for now

Text messages are coming but aren't switched on yet.

A weekly report (coming soon)

Every call it caught and every job it booked from calls you would have missed, so you can see whether it's earning its keep.

No Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan hookup yet

That's on the roadmap. Tell us which one you run.

Hear it yourself

(618) 440-4339

Two minutes on that call will tell you more than this page.

Call the demo line and act like a customer. Try to:

  1. Book a furnace repair for later this week.
  2. Ask to leave a message for the owner.
  3. Say your heat's out and you have a baby at home.

First shops

We're lining up a small group of first shops.

My partner and I are building Hollerback here in Southern Illinois, for owner-run HVAC shops in Southern Illinois and the Metro East. We'd rather hear what's broken with your phones than sell you on anything. Call or text and tell us roughly how many calls you think you miss in a week.
